Add sliced bacon to a cold skillet and set heat to medium. Cook until the fat renders and the bacon becomes foamy and crispy. Remove bacon to a paper towel-lined plate, leaving the fat in the pan.

Increase heat to medium-high and sauté the diced onions in the bacon fat with a pinch of salt until softened and lightly colored. Add the ground beef and break it into small crumbles, browning it thoroughly.

Season the meat with salt, pepper, cayenne, and Worcestershire sauce. Continue cooking until any released moisture evaporates. Turn off the heat and stir in the cooked bacon, Dijon mustard, ketchup, and half of the cheddar cheese. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

- 04
On a floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a rectangle roughly 10x15 inches. Spread the cooled meat mixture over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border on three sides and a 3-inch border on the far top edge.
Watch · 3:12
- 05
Top the meat with chopped pickles, green onions, and the remaining cheddar cheese. Moisten the far edge of the dough with water. Fold the side edges inward over the filling to seal the ends, then roll the dough up tightly from the bottom to form a log.
Watch · 5:25
- 06
Transfer the roll seam-side down to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the surface with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 35 minutes, or until the crust is deeply browned.

- 07
Transfer the bread to a cooling rack and let it set for at least 20 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature with a secret sauce made of mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, pickles, and green onions.
